A person name Jack Gao approached my sister on LinkedIn in April/May 2024 and developed a romantic relationship. He said he worked in San Francisco at OpenAI. They have never met in person. He introduced her to a crptocurrency platform qexbit.xyz. He presented himself as a user of the platform and "knows how it works." The website proved its legitimacy by letting my sister withdraw $1K and $15K. My sister took a second loan on her house, $275K, and sent it to the platform. The website led my sister to believe she profited $2M. My sister then wanted to start withdrawing the money. They platform told her she needed to get to their "next tier level" and deposit $300K in order to withdraw the money. My sister convinced our mother to withdraw $300K from our mother's 401K retirement account. My sister sent the $300K to the website right away. The website then requested $150K to get a certificate that's needed in order to withdraw any money from the cryptocurrency platform. My sister withdrew $150K from her own 401K retirement account and sent the money to the platform. She was then told that she is in the "queue" to make withdrawals and that there are many users in front of her waiting to withdraw their money. The platform told her she can get out of the queue and withdraw her money immediately if she put in $400K for the membership fee. Jack Gao told her he had to go through all this himself and is willing to help her by putting $200K of his own money into the platform. She would then just need to put in the other half of the $400K membership fee. My family and I hired a private investigator. The PI confirmed there is no such person name Jack Gao that is in California and works for OpenAI. The PI was also not able to confirm the legitimacy of the the website qexbit.xyz or qexbit.org. We have already filed a FBI report on their website.

I met a man via LinkIn invitation. Facebook name as Wayne Xia. He quickly gained my trust and love. H convinced me in crypto investment via Qexbi.org which is a scam platform with fake profit. My first 2 wires went to bank in Vietnam. Qexbit fake credited me in USDT. Other 3 wires went to my Coinbase then convinced me to buy USDT, Solana and Bitcoin. He lent me money which also fake deposited in my Qexbit as 150K and 157K USDT and that how I completely trusted me. He guided me trade futures and earned $2.3M fake profit. When I initiated withdraw, Qexbit asked for 10.6% service fee of total profit which is $245K. He had me deposited $187K to buy 884 Sol transferred to his wallet address which he said he converted and transferred 183K USDT fake credited to Qexbit and $70K to buy 0.7162 Bitcoin transferred to Qexbit also. Qexbit then unfrozen my account but then asked me to make a refundable deposit for user verification. I began to suspect scam and demanded for proofs of USDT transactions he sent to my Qexbit account. He couldn’t provide it. I lost a total of $760K. my retirement account was wiped out and now I am facing at least $150k in tax as result of withdraw my 60 days roll IRA and couldn’t return the fund. Please expedite investigation my case for it is very recent and can be traced.

I was instructed by a man named Wayne Xia to purchase 0.7162 Bitcoin and transferred to my Qexbit wallet to pay the remaining service fee ($63k from total $$245k) in order to withdraw fake asset $3.2M. Qexbit.org is a scam platform with all fake financial record specifically the profit. My Bitcoin wallet address in Qexbit should only have this transaction but the scammer must also instructed other victims to deposit in this address. I happened to check transactions under this address and found at least 10 transactions. This report is in conjunction with the loss of 884 Sol and 159300 USDC to Qexbi. org. Please provide immediate investigation for my total loss to Qexbit scammers is $762000.
